I had the good fortune to spend six months in Gibsons Landing last year and was a regular patron of Tapworks as it was directly across the street. One Sailing Wait was my go-to and I was happy to put the spotlight on this incredible beer with this edition of Brewery Boast.

Unlike some of the other breweries on the Sunshine Coast, Tapworks Brewing Company is not directly off the highway and actually takes a bit of effort to find. Look for it in the alley behind the Gibsons Public Art Gallery or put it into google maps. It’s the locals favorite and you won’t be disappointed.
