Where is Canada’s Sunshine Coast?
The quaint town of Gibsons is the gateway to the Sunshine Coast and is just north of Vancouver, B.C., Canada. As the crow flies, Vancouver to Gibsons is a mere 16 km (10 mi). By vehicle, it will take you 30 minutes to drive from downtown Vancouver to Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal. And a 35-minute ferry will land you at Langdale Ferry Terminal in Gibsons on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
Is the Sunshine Coast an island?
Contrary to popular belief, the Sunshine Coast is part of the mainland but is only accessible via water or air transport because of the mountainous terrain. And there are no bridges connecting the Sunshine Coast with Vancouver.
What is the start and END times of your tours?
Start and end times for our experiences depend on which tour you book. However, most of our full day tours have a pickup time of approximately 10:30 a.m. from Langdale Ferry Terminal, which is located near Gibsons, B.C., on the Sunshine Coast. We also provide pickup from your group's accommodation on the Sunshine Coast. If you are meeting us at the Langdale Ferry Terminal, we strongly suggest being a foot passenger on the ferry from Horseshoe Bay Terminal. Get a friend or family member to drop you off—you will avoid reservation fees and ferry vehicle lineups. Most of our tours finish at Langdale Ferry Terminal with a drop-off time of approximately 4:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m. Again, walking on and getting someone to pick you up at Horseshoe Bay Terminal will simplify your day. There are also great transit options. One of which is a 40-minute express bus (#257) from Horseshoe Bay to downtown Vancouver and back.
Do you offer pick-up and drop off from the Lower Mainland?
We are happy to offer this service for a fee, and it is certainly great value should you have a large enough group size to share the extra costs.

Which Artists will we visit?
The artists vary. We like to cater to your needs—some prefer abstract art whereas others favour realism. We will always discuss your group’s preferences when curating an art tour. Unless you prefer to leave it open, then we are happy to surprise you with a varied art experience.
What is included in the tours.
All of our tours include artist/venue/tasting fees, transportation in our customized 15-passenger air-conditioned Art Shuttle, and pickup/drop-off from Langdale Ferry Terminal or your preferred accommodation on the Sunshine Coast. Lunch is included, as well as chilled water, assorted beverages (non-alcoholic), local chocolate, and other snacks. Enjoy rich historical commentary from our fun tour guide who escorts you throughout the tour.
Do we operate our tours in the rain?
Our tours are unique in that they are not weather dependent. Rain or shine, we will keep you dry and warm in our customized Art Shuttle. And when not travelling, trust you will be in a warm studio or tasting room.
Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, no. We love critters but it’s not fair to other passengers.
Are gratuities included?
No, tips are not included in the price. If you feel the service warrants a tip, great. . . And if not, that is fine too. In lieu of, perhaps you would consider leaving some nice words on Google or Tripadvisor.
Can we drink alcohol in the shuttle?
No. The driver and company could be subject to severe fines if any open alcohol is found in the operating vehicle.
What is your preferred method of payment?
We prefer you use our BOOK NOW button on our website where you can key in your credit card details. E-transfer, cash, and cheque are also accepted.
